Is the WIFI speedy enough for epic browsing?

We have a 50mbit Island style fiber line, meaning on rainy and windy days the speed goes down a little bit. The signal is fair in the rooms and strong in the common areas.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-out is at 11:00 A.M. Check-in starts from 1:00 P.M. If you arrive early you can leave your luggage and go exploring the Island or relax by the pool. We will have your room ready as soon as possible!

What bed options are available?

All of our rooms have a King or Queen sized bed. We do not offer twin-rooms at the moment.

Can I request an extra bed?

We have extra beds for children up to the age of 10 for a nightly fee. Reach out and check availability when you make your booking.

How do you travel to the Gili Islands?

Click on "Contact" at the bottom of this page. There you will find a detailed overview of available travel options.

Can we get assistance with our luggage?

If you carry a lot of luggage, the best way is to jump on one of the Islands own horse drawn "taxis". They will bring you all the way to Lost Paradise and on the day of your departure, we can help you call one.

Can we leave our luggage when we arrive early?

Yes! Just head over when you reach the Island and we will do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible!

Do you have bicycles for rent?

We can help you contact a rental service and they will bring your bicycles directly to Lost Paradise. You can also rent from one of the many authorized dealers along the main road. Save the phone number to the place where you rent so you can contact them if you get a flat tire or any other issue with your rental.

How do we extend our stay?

Check availability and book online or talk to our staff. Make sure to confirm with staff at least 24h ahead of your initial check-out time.

Are the rooms non smoking?

Yes, all of our rooms are non smoking. You can smoke on the terrace in front of the room.

Are pets welcome?

We love pets! But please be aware that the Gili government has a very strict policy regarding bringing pets from the outside to the Island. Make sure to read up on local laws and regulations before booking your trip. Many times it's easier to let your furry family member stay at a pet hotel on the mainland while you visit the Islands. (We have two cats at Lost Paradise.)

Do you have vegan options on the menu?

We can adjust most dishes to suit your dietary needs. Please make sure to communicate and always double check with our staff when ordering. The same goes for allergies.

What should we do if we need medical services?

There are a couple of pharmacies and clinics in Gili that will be able to assist you with all minor injuries. They are also available for house calls 24/7. The nearest hospitals are on the mainland Lombok and Bali.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes, breakfast is always included with your stay. Breakfast is served from 7:00 A.M. - 10:30 A.M.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and if you wish to pay in cash we accept Indonesian Rupiah.

What is the resort’s cancellation policy?

Can you help us book tours and trips?

Yes! Our staff are knowledgeable about the area and what to see and do. Whether you're looking to go on a snorkeling trip around the three Gili's or do a Volcano trek on Lombok, we can help point you in the right direction.

Can you give some advice on the local diving scene?

The Island is well renowned for it's diving and there's plenty of dive schools to choose from. There is also the option to learn free-diving or enjoy snorkeling from the beach or go on a snorkeling trip on a glass bottom boat. Let's look at all the options when you arrive!
