A peaceful yet vibrant venue gently hidden among the coconut tree groves

A tropical island resort, gently hidden among the coconut tree groves of Gili Trawangan Island – Indonesia - just a stone's throw from Bali. Built using only natural building materials and traditional building techniques we wanted to capture the true spirit of Indonesian heritage, yet with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Located far enough from the busy main road yet within walking, or even better cycling distance to every corner of the Island—Lost Paradise will provide a home away from home where we put a great amount of pride into the hospitality we provide, to make your stay with us a beautiful and memorable one.

Recharging your batteries by the swimming pool or exploring the island

Golden hour with its peace and serenity has arrived. This usually means only one thing: Head over to the bar—it's aperitivo time.

Bicycles are the most popular way of getting around since there is no motorised traffic. There's also plenty of horses to help bring material and guests from A to B.

The majestic Javanese Joglo was built using recycled wood from the forests of Borneo

Green sustainability was important to us when we built Lost Paradise. The majestic Javanese Joglo was built using recycled wood from the forests of Borneo—under its roof you'll get to experience the beauty of open-air living in the tropics. We source our ingredients locally and our staff prepares a selection of local Indonesian dishes. In addition, we collaborate with a few hand-picked neighboring restaurants; Our friends at Voodoo Kitchen & Grill make the Islands best burgers and if you crave a stone-oven baked Neapolitan pizza, this too will be delivered by bicycle. Enjoy it in the shade of the joglo, in the loungers by the pool or in the privacy of your bungalow.
